Personal data acquired by EPO also through the above-mentioned filled form
are handled in order to:

- provide information to people requiring them
- issue offers
- carry out contracts
- provide assistance
- fulfil fiscal obligations
and
- file personal data shown on the CVs which are being sent to the Company

 

 

Such data may be handled both in paper and in computerized form within the
Company's premises by personnel in charge of different departments depending
on the service required. Upon finalising the contract with EPO S.r.l., some
data of the person concerned are handed over either to the Company providing
for the carriage of the goods as ordered or to its Agents.

Data shown in CVs which are sent to the Company are filed either in paper or
electronic form and cannot be communicated or divulged to any third party.

Any person making his/her personal data available is entitled to:

a) be informed about the goals and ways in which his/her personal data are
handled and about people which they can be handed over to
b) have his/her personal data updated, amended or cancelled
c) deny the forwarding of commercial reports or to refuse the handling of
his/her personal data giving reasons for that

Personal data are needed to carry out the actions as described above and a
denial to make them available could result into not being possible to
complete such actions.

Moreover please note that all boxes of the form of this web site must be
duly filled in order to process any inquiry.
